Retired United States Army SSG Travis Mills is one of five quadruple amputees to survive the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. A local veteran - he currently resides in Maine with his wife, Kelsey, and the couple's five-year-old daughter, Chloe - Sergeant Mills cuts an inspirational figure, serving as a motivational speaker and a mentor to fellow amputees, including those injured in the Boston Marathon bombing in April 2013. Recently, Sergeant Mills visited the New England Revolution - including Kei Kamara, Scott Caldwell, Femi Hollinger-Janzen, Jordan McCrary and Donnie Smith - passing along his message of determination through his motto, "Never Give Up, Never Quit."
