In celebration of Memorial Day and the 15th anniversary of 9/11/2001, the NYPD Emerald Society Pipes & Drums Band is joined by other police pipes & drums bands from around the nation and from Canada marching from Broadway in lower Manhattan to the NYPD memorial at Battery Park city.
