Hawaii Volcano: New Video Show Horrifying Lava Speeding Down Kilauea
Shoking new video show the lava flow continuing to speed from the erupting Kilauea volcano on Hawaii’s Big Island, nearly two months after the destructive eruption began.
New images released by the United States Geological Service (USGS) show the lava spewing at a phenomenal 15 miles per hour from Kilauea.
So far more than 600 homes have been destroyed by the volcano since May 3.
As a result, more than 2,000 people have been evacuated from the area.
Unfortunately, the volcanic eruption could be far from over, according to the experts.
Last week, the USGS admitted there is no way of knowing when the volcano’s lava flow may slow down or stop.
